Rates & Insurance

$120 per 53-minute session after the $140 initial session.

I am an in-network provider for several different insurance companies. If I am not in-network for your insurance, you can pay the private rate, and I will give you the forms you need to file for reimbursement at the out-of-network rate. As of January 1, 2023,  I am no longer in network with any of the Medicaid companies.

I will attempt to verify your insurance benefits for you. Please be aware that there are no guarantees of your benefits until the claim has been filed and the insurance company has responded. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. When you are looking at your benefit plan, please check your coverage carefully by looking into the following:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • Do I have a copay or coinsurance for which I will be responsible?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Federal No Surprise Act/ Good Faith Estimate for private pay and out-of-network clients.                                                                                              Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act went into effect in an effort to help protect people from unexpected medical costs.  As stated above, my fees are $140 for the initial session and $120/session thereafter.  Depending on the frequency and number of sessions you attend, your total cost will vary.  After your initial session, we will discuss and you will decide on the frequency of sessions, although most people begin with weekly, then move to every other week as they  make progress.  The number of sessions you choose to attend is dependent on when you feel you have met the goals you set at the outset of treatment, along with your and my availability.  I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate at the start of therapy.
